Flash AI: the draft-first desk copilot
Flash AI drafts listings, follow-ups, quotes, price narratives and disclosures. It never sends anything without your review — that guarantee is the product.
Flash AI is the reason FlashFender is a different kind of DMS. Not because it writes sentences — plenty of tools do that now — but because of what it drafts and what it refuses to do.
Draft-first is a guarantee, not a slogan
Every Flash AI output is a draft you review before it sends or posts:
- AI listings — a listing draft from the window sticker, in your dealership’s voice.
- Follow-up drafts — personalized, CASL-aware, quiet hours respected.
- Quote coach — structure a deal and find the gap before the customer does.
- Price narrative — explain your number to the buyer, with the reasoning built in.
- MVDA disclosure — BOS disclosure fields pre-filled for your review, never auto-signed.
- Desk brief — the three calls that should happen today, ranked by intent.
Flash AI never auto-sends. Ever. Your floors, costs and margins are never exposed to customers.
What it reads
Flash AI is not a generic chatbot. It reads your desk: stock, customers, thread history and compliance fields. Ask it “Who should I call back first?” and it answers with intent signals — visits, opens, and what that lead actually needs — not a boilerplate response.
The amber “Not configured” state
If AI isn’t configured on a deployment, AI surfaces show an amber Not configured state. That’s intentional. We don’t fake completions, and we don’t pretend AI is running when it isn’t.
What’s next
Explainable lead scoring, after-hours 24/7 AI first response and the AI governance console (claims guardrails, consent tracking, quiet hours, correction log) shipped in Tier 2. AI claims are dealer claims — the governance ships with the AI.
