This documentation is for dealers and operators. It mirrors what ships on the live product at app.flashfender.com — no fake marketplace auto-post, no invented lender network, and no vendor names for AI.

What you get
- Inventory — stock, photos, Carfax attach, Kijiji listing pack, AutoTrader.ca feed/CSV export, JSON-LD for AI shoppers
- CRM / Leads — unit-tied inquiries; tasks, calendar, test drives; email/SMS nurture when configured

- Compliance helpers — Ontario- and BC-oriented disclosure and BOS fields (organizer, not counsel)
- Data you own — open API, webhooks, full dealership data export, immutable audit trail and 10-year retention export
- Mobile — installable PWA with a mobile-first pass over the core screens
Honesty upfront
- 7-day trial on the live app, then a soft lock (login remains; writes pause; data kept). New rooftops: $50/mo new-dealership offer (Starter/Pro); Group custom. Paid unlock ships in-app — not “fake forever free.”
- Marketplace paths are export / pack / feed, not live auto-post to Kijiji or AutoTrader.
- Flash AI surfaces stay Not configured until the operator enables AI on the Worker — no fake completions.
- Docs search is a client-side title filter — not Starlight Pagefind (upgrade path documented in gap matrix).
