Integration troubleshooting
Integrations are honest: missing secrets mean amber status, not silent failure.
Resend (email)
| Symptom | Fix |

| Nurture stuck “waiting” | Add API key under Settings → Integrations |
| From-address bounce | Verify domain in Resend dashboard |
| Test email works, prod fails | Check dealership from-name / reply-to |

| SMS button grey | Twilio SID/token not set |
| Delivered but no reply routing | Webhook URL must point to app API |

Stripe (payments)

| Checkout session error | Publishable/secret key pair mismatch |
| Test card in production | Swap to live keys only on go-live |
| Invoice paid not updating | Webhook endpoint reachable |

| Attach disabled | Carfax credentials missing or VIN invalid |
| Report stale | Re-pull; check Carfax account quota |
