- Customer signs via a simple embedded flow at
/signatures/[documentType]/[documentId] - Signature status follows the document back to the deal

E-sign is an embedded in-app sign flow, not a certified-e-sign platform or a notarization service. For the “unlimited e-signature” enterprise claims of legacy DMS vendors, we’re a straightforward sign-in-app — if your process needs a certified vendor, export the document and complete it there.
