Getting started
1. Start a trial
Open app.flashfender.com/register and create your dealership account.
You get full product access for 7 days on the live app (not a watered-down sandbox).
2. Sign in
After registration, use app.flashfender.com/login.
Marketing and docs live on flashfender.com. The product always lives on app.flashfender.com.
3. First desk checklist
- Settings — business name, address, dealer licence, and HST if you print Bills of Sale.
- Inventory — add or review stock; attach photos; set Active status.
- Leads — capture an inquiry tied to a unit.
- Deals — convert interest to a quote or deal when ready.
- Integrations — connect Carfax, Resend, or Meta only when you need those surfaces (see Integrations).
4. Optional: AI Desk
Flash AI powers Desk Copilot and draft helpers when the operator has configured AI on the deployment. Until then, AI surfaces show an amber Not configured state — that is intentional.

5. Soft lock after day 7
When the trial ends, FlashFender applies a soft lock: you can still sign in and read, but writes pause and your data stays.
