Purpose

FlashFender helps Ontario independents organize known regulatory fields — not file on your behalf or certify forms.

What ships

• Known-damage disclosure guards on Active inventory — blocks or warns when damage is flagged without notes
• Bill of Sale seller block from Settings (business name, OMVIC licence, HST)
• We-owe / buyer’s guide / compliance pack exports (Audit & retention)
• AI disclosure draft with mandatory human confirm when Flash AI is on
• Immutable audit trail for who changed disclosure text

Setup

1. Enter dealer licence and HST under Settings → Business.
2. Train intake staff on known damage checkbox workflow on every trade and purchase.
3. Manager sign-off before BOS on any unit with disclosure history.

Daily workflow

1. Acquire unit — record known damage at intake.
2. Merchandise — embed and window sticker match inventory notes.
3. Quote / deal — disclosure refs flow forward; do not strip on discount.
4. Close — BOS reflects final disclosure state; archive PDF.

• Inventory manager — edit disclosure fields.
• Sales — read; may not clear damage flag without manager.
• Compliance role — audit export access.
